What Kind of Warranty does Legator Offer?
This Limited Warranty is applicable to all Legator brand guitars purchased directly from Legator Guitars or an authorized Legator Guitars dealer. Coverage: Legator Guitars warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repair, modification, or any other cause beyond normal wear and tear. Warranty Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase (original sales receipt or invoice) along with a description of the issue and the serial number of the product. Please contact Legator Guitars or the authorized Legator dealer from whom the product was purchased to initiate the warranty claim process. Repair or Replacement: Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Legator Guitars will, at its discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of similar or equal value. Legator Guitars reserves the right to replace discontinued models with comparable models as deemed appropriate. Shipping Costs: The original purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product to Legator Guitars or the authorized service center for warranty service. Legator Guitars will cover the return shipping costs for repaired or replaced products within the continental United States. For international customers, return shipping costs may vary. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Legator Guitars shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage. Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, or environmental factors. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect. Damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers. Non-Transferable: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Governing Law: This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. By purchasing a Legator Guitar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Limited 2-Year Warranty. Can I Order Legator Guitars Outside of the United States?
Thank you for your interest in Legator Guitars! We appreciate your support and enthusiasm for our products. Please note that if you are ordering a Legator Guitar from outside the United States, you may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax) upon delivery. These charges are imposed by your country's customs authority and are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost. As the recipient of the order, you are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and VAT. Furthermore, for orders placed in Europe, we kindly request that you go through a Musifacts Europe Authorized Legator Dealer. You can find a list of available Legator Dealers in Europe from our dealer page, or directly on the Musifacts EU website. Legator Guitars in the USA does not directly process orders for customers located in Europe. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Legator Guitars. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your guitar ordered directly through Legator Guitars, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below: Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the guitar must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Returns will not be accepted for guitars that show signs of wear, damage, or modification. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact Legator Guitars Customer Service at Info@legatorguitars.com within 14 days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details in your return request. Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned guitar, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or process an exchange for a different guitar of equal or lesser value, as requested. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized guitars, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Manufacturer's Warranty: This return policy is separate from any manufacturer's warranty that may apply to your guitar.
